It's for the best. He didn't help his legacy by getting spanked by Wright.....he ain't gonna get no better with more age and inactivity.

No me voy a arriesgar”, dijo.

this is what fighters say before they comeback, that they are not coming back ...the list of boxers that have come out of retirement 1 or 2 times is very big ...tito is still young ,does not have alot of wear and can still be sucessfull at 147 -154 lbs...plus if oscar wins his upcoming fight against mayorga i don't see tito turning down the kind of money that a second fight with oscar would bring him ..despite what he says now he will be back ...

I'm not going to translate all that, but he says that he wont fight for 5, 10, 20, or 30 Mills. That his health is more important to him. That he knows that Don will try to talk him into fighting Mayo or Oscar. He also says that he thinks that Oscar should win the fight, cuz he is the smarter(sp?) fighter. But that he needs to be well prepared.

He said that before as well and still came back. The issue at hand is that at what weight class would they fight. Oscar wants to fight at 154 or 147 but tito wants to fight at 160. That is the problem that they had before. oscar wanting more money eventhough he lost to tito. In order for this fight to happen they need to split 50/50 and oscar wont accept it as he thinks he is the bigger draw pfft
