wlad won his title in dominant fashion. valuev didnt.
wlad has displayed his skill, power, and versatility. valuev hasnt.
wlad's resume is full of impressive and semi-impressive names. valuev's isnt.
wlad has the balls to fight outside of europe. valuev probly doesnt.
wlad wants to unify the titles. valuev (like most HW champions in recent years) just wants to keep his title.
wlad can dominate with his power or his skill. valuev is yet to dominate an opponent.
wlad has a dominant left jab, left hook, and straight right. valuev's jab is his only weapon (and its not entirely effective).

the only advantage valuev would hold over wlad would be a 6" height advantage.

wlad would dominate valuev, IMO.
