That's why he never showed his fight night weights when he moved up to JMW... or will you believe he was 150 as he said? he looked bigger at JMW than WW but he was still the same weight. I imagine that his muscles are made or air, ok.

fight night weights have nothing to do with weight classes(divisions)... if he can make 147 with no problem then he is a welter regardless of how much he rehydrates... GGG is not a JMW i have never seen him hit the scales at 154, and it doesnt matter if he rehydrates less than most jmws...

Golovkin offered to drain himself to 154 for Floyd. That's about as low as he could probably go. On the other hand, Canelo forced Kahn all the way up to his own private weight class of 155 because that's as low as Canelo can go. There's a difference.

But still comparng the situations is apples and oranges. He held the titles so he should have relinquished them if he didnt plan on fighting at the weight.

The Charlos, Andrade, Williams, and Harrison are just as big as GGG. So what you're saying is none of them should have a right to the title because Floyd is too small? Your logic isn't making any sense.

No one is expecting Floyd to fight bigger men but he's fully expected to defend his titles or to let them go. Any boxing fan should understand this.

Then Floyd was a JMW too, not only a WW. Because he fought and held titles at JMW. Still does (emeritus champion in case he wants to come back).

i agree on must that you said, but we all know floyd only went up at 154 for big fights(1.5, 2.2 2.4 mil), and he wasnt even campaigning on that division for a reason, the wbc allowed this situation and it was BS... heck the wbc wanted floyd to defend the jmw title vs maidana at 147, thats all you need to know...
i wouldnt put too much weight on the 154 titles from floyd...

floyd was a natural welter that had a jmw title cuz the corrupt wbc allowed that, when was the last time he defended that title?? the wbc wanted him to defend it vs maidana at 147, thats how ****ed up the situation was...

I wish a rogue billionaire would take over one of these sanctioning bodies and give a big fat middlefinger to some of the divas the sport has created.create and the sanctioning bodies that enable them.

You don't think Golovkin can beat Ward. You didn't want that fight to happen. You want GGG to stay in a division where he claims he can't get good fights in. You want to see GGG vs Canelo because you think it's an easier win for Golovkin. GGG's already a B-Side in negotiations with Canelo had he lost to Ward he would still be a B-Side. Had he beat Ward he'd have an argument for a higher split, weight, venue etc. Just say you'd rather GGG take easier fights than challenging ones.
