Agree to 50/50 split up front and then wait on Ward to finish his 172lb tune ups.
That is a deal you would have your fighter sign?
Sign that deal to wait on a guy who has a history of ****ing around with signed contracts, "injuries" in training camp to delay fights, isn't even fighting at 168 and had not fought at 168 since 2013.
By the time they would have finally fought, GGG would have been unified MW champ and been worth more money while Ward would've been coming off of tune ups and no guarantee he can even make 168.
That is a deal that you would have your fighter sign? lol

Don't want to hear any **** about Ward can make the weight he was just at 172 for his tune ups.
If Ward could make 168, then why wasn't he fighting his tune ups at that weight?
If Ward really wanted that fight and wanted it at 168, he would've finished his tune ups and sent a real offer when he was ready to fight, not wait. Instead his team sent that "deal" when GGG already had a fight lined up. Greedy **** had to get that 50/50 agreed to first though lol.
Ward wasn't ready for GGG just like he's not ready for Kovalev.

GGG was duckling 168 with Ward so he had no choice but to go up for Kov and 172 was part of that building up to 175 , its not hard to see what the process was .
All it took was for GGG to say ok Ward 168 and we would have had a fight but it didnt go that way did it somebody pulled 164 out of their ass after saying 168 is good for others , even now Sanchez was talking 172 and back to MW , maybe you just started following boxing I dont know but pulling weights they know a guy cant make is the new way of ducking a fight .

GGG doesn't communicate fluently and clearly as he is quoted in this article.
Heavy communication like this belongs to Malignant Nagging or Paulie.
In fact GGG interviews in Russian are always very good. He's very fluid and to the point. Not in the way Paulie does - 100 words per minute but Intelligent and precise. If you look through this thread you'll find links to some other interviews in his native language.
I understand that some people might think that GGG is no more than "good boy" and "big drama show" but this is simply not the case.

But cute post, one of the most comprehensive denials I have ever read

Ward would outclass/embarrass Golovkin..... and I think you know it.
Outclass by doing what, clinching and headbutting?

I think we know GGG has never had to utilize cheat tactics to win a fight unlike Ward who disgracefully clinched and headbutted Kessler for the majority of the fight until the headbutt damage was too much thus stopping Kessler.
Kessler was getting the better of Ward when Ward wasn't utilizing his pathetic wrestling tactics.

Ward really is the most overrated fighter going about, I really don't get it someone like him uses so many clinches yet we're to bend the rules and say clinching is now the "beautiful science" lol, no, no it isn't.

Ward Vs. GGG with a lenient rule obeying referee equals in Ward getting beat up over 12 rounds or stopped OR DQed for excessive dirty low cheat tactics.

You dont even need to answer as we all know lots of fighters win a title outside of their weight , that dont make them bigger than what they really are but you people seem to think it does when it concerns Floyd , why is that ?

The fact that GGG is insulting Canelo for Khan while he calls out Floyd is such a double standard its not funny , and you lot are all for it , he called out Manny why all the Manny fanboys beating a drum for Manny to fight GGG , oh thats right he is too small but Floyd isnt lol .

And then you got GGG calling out retired Froch and Chavez Jr and then he wants 164 for Ward , fck off with this BS .
The issue with your post is that GGG called Mayweather out while he still had a championships at 154lbs.

You keep mention Manny and Roy but neither held onto the championships for 2+ years, instead they dropped the titles immediately and left the divisions.

                  • So basically when the fight was possible GGG said yes and ward so no need more tune ups.

                    LOL
