I respect Stevens but I disagree, I'm sure Canelo nice guy and paid him well and his hype wowed Stevens but this is bs
Gingerweight 155 is bad joke , he has no legitimacy as a middleweight titlist without 160lb limit, the entire history of middleweight div is bigger than gingerballs cherrypickez
Catchweights nearly always favour the bigger draw and reduce legitimacy of the entire weight div if when guys get to the top they may not even be able to fight at their career weight, if monzon, Armstrong, hagler etc had fought at catchweight boxing history would be totally different, everyone should compete at same standard to see truly best man at the weight

So I don't really know why they are hesitating, make the fight while it's hot. You don't want Canelo to lose to another guy and then this fight against GGG makes no sense anymore.
I watched the Canelo Khan fight again, with alot of slow motion during and Canelo did really well, better than It looked like watching live. He almost had Khan out a couple times before Round 6.
This fight will be amazing and will be exciting, but we need this fight now.
LMAO

No he's not, he just understands the game a lot better than you do.

if GGG beats Canelo in a decision or highlight KO will the Golovkin haters do the same?
No way, Canelo is not a middleweight.
Golovkin will get credit, and it will be his best win, but lets keep it real.
It's not like Ward moving up and beating Kovalev or anything.
BTW, Golovkin is already the best MW on the planet.

At 154, I think Golovkin would lose to 3 of those guys, or at least 2.
But even at 160, I think Canelo would beat all of Golovkin's opponents.
Isn't perception a funny thing.

97K only beats them now because he's much bigger.
Infact, I could see Lara pulling the upset. He and his team know it, that's why he fears pure boxers and why he's scared of Ward.
He knows he's a one trick pony and as soon as he gets exposed by a boxer, dude's not going to be relevant.
At 154, that's what I think.
Team Bull**** are avoiding that style for a reason.
