    Larios v.s. Pacquiao Predictions

Who takes this fight and why.

It's obvious there are those who favor this being a mismatch, and I'd like to hear why Larios really stands no chance of winning the fight. I've already made the case that he's a volume puncher moving up in weight, and Manny is a beast at his current weight. But remember there was a time when Pacquiao was slighted in build compared to how he is now.

    Thoughts?

You know what the genius of the ignore feature is?

I just blocked out the usual rabid pacfans that terrorize this board on a regular basis. I'm 100% positive some of them will resort to making new account names in order to post in this thread, when someone makes a case for Larios standing a chance.

I am not going to say Larios stands zero chance because this is boxing and I would not mind seeing the so called "invincible" Pac beaten again........But with that said I think Pac stops him in the 7-10 rd range after doing severe damage to the body.

Pacquiao and Larios get some good rounds in but Pacquiao finishes chololo in the 8th. I think Larios is gonna come in using his length and his jab but eventually he's gonna get drilled and i dont really think he'll be able to take it. If Pacquiao dont train hard like he did for Morales then I dont know... hopefully, pac gets down to business a well trained well conditioned pacquiao is hard for anyone to beat.

Look for LArios to use his length and boxing ability against PAcquiao early. I think he'll have some success if he uses lateral movement and the long jab.

Once Pacquiao figures him out it's downhill from there. Manny will start throwing too many power punches for LArios and will overwhelm him. Manny better go to the body to slow him down like he did Morales...it'll have a more drastic effect than if he just headhunts.

When it's all said and done...I think PAcquiao stops him in between 6 and 10 rounds. Then we'll have the douchebags saying that Pacquiao is god and destroyed another mexican and blah blah blah...

The only salvation is the handful of great PAcquiao supporters who can be respectful and proud in Mannys victory (which I believe is inevitable).

I agree with that completely...something tells me that a good body attack in this fight will be the key if pacquiao is going to win. Good defense and footwork is important if larios wants to stand a chance, not to mention a jab, the thing is larios is hittable and thats the last thing u wanna be if ur moving up two weight classes to fight a big puncher in pacquiao.

Manny throws way too many hard punches for Larios to accept.

This fight will come down to one thing....and one thing only. And that's Manny's conditioning.

If he's in shape....he should make work of Larios with nonstop right, left, right, left, right, left.

But if he's not in shape....Larios could make him pay in the later rounds.
