Canelos punch output was higher against Floyd that any other fight , explain how a drained fighter did that ?

His output was higher , he was snappy the entire fight and he never gassed in the last 4 rounds like he usually does , explain that ?

All easy to prove , you boys think all CWs are drained , the fight tells you if a guy is hurt by weight ,it shows in output , stamina , resistance and strength all elements that diminish at different rates the lower weight you go , its not an automatic draining because of a CW , you got to look at the fight thats where it will show if they went to far .

Go watch , Oscar vs Manny and Chad Dawson vs Ward and then go watch Canelo vs Floyd and see if you can tell the difference in , output stamina resistance and strength , the drainings will stand out like dog balls , Canelo wasnt drained , he was as light as he could go but he wasnt drained and putting out his career highest output proves it .

His output was higher because Mayweather spent a lot of the fight in front of him. He was there, Canelo his couldn't land anything significant

As I said, the better fighter won. I don't blame the weight for him losing, I'm more than willing to credit Mayweather's skill for it.

Where do you guys get that Floyd "schooled" Canelo? It was a close fight. In no way shape or form did Mayweather dominate the fight, not even close. The few times Floyd looked good were the parts where Canelo was gassed tired, and even then Floyd never came close to hurting Canelo. Floyd did what what Floyd does best, he danced around landing a few pot shots here and there just enough to get the win.

Floyd schooled Guerrero, but he did just enough to win and not get knocked out against Canelo.

If there was a Floyd vs Canelo rematch, all Canelo would have to do is pressure Floyd more to get the win since he now knows Floyd has little power and can't hurt him.

I like Canelo a whole hell of a lot more than I like Floyd, but you can't take away the schooling he gave Canelo. I don't believe Canelo coming in at say 155 would have made a difference. Floyd took him seriously and it showed. Canelo has also shown since then that he is no slouch. Floyd dominated a very good fighter that night and that win looks better with every big win that Canelo gets in the future.
