1)it's not and 2)re-matching Garcia is unlikely to happen.

In case people forgot, the WBC mandatory challenger is entitled to only a 25/75 split on the pot; with Danny Garcia's camp really not having any interest in the fight (with Khan just getting KTFO making the fight even less relevant) you can be pretty certain that he's not getting offered a penny beyond what is absolutely required.

Look man, its quite simple, Khan doesnt want to be a potential stepping stone for Brook. A win over Khan does more for Brook.

Brook is the fresh fighter, who's taken less of a beating, Khans been through the wars, he ran the gauntlet, fought the dangerous fights, the 12 world champions, what did Brook do? fight a mediocre boxers like Porter?

If Brook was a high profile fighter with a string of wins over solid competition, Khan would take the fight, but thats not the case.

Khan owes nothing to Brook and has many options on the table, truthfully he could retire today and be content, no one would be angry if he called it day
