If Khan believed in his ability enough to take on Canelo then Canelo should do the same, his lack of faith is disturbing. The only difference is Canelo is pretending to be the middleweight champ without fighting any ****ing middleweights.

I'd apply for a job at Golden Boy Promotions if I was you.

I'm too old for that and I don't live in the U.S.
... and this PR suggestion was for GGG, not for Oscar.

GGG should wait until Canelo vacates or WBC strips him and then offer him a fight at 154...

As Canelo will still hold Oscar's Ring "lineal" belt, they may fight for that belt -- the same Floyd did at 147 with that strap at 154...

Therefore Canelo would be able to fight both for honor and for belts...
                I saw this coming...

Now it's time for team GGG to call out Canelo at 154...

                  Make the fight!
Do you really think that Oscar will let Canelo to risk his career at 158 against Golovkin? They could have received an "yes" in about 5 minutes for such an offer.
Oscar doesn't let Canelo to fight GGG for the time being. Oscar didn't even let Canelo fight a legit middleweight two weeks ago.

They'll say "well, we'll fight him of course, but sometime down the line" and then wait until GGG gets involved in another big title fight and they will call him out at that moment -- like Ward did when GGG was chasing Cotto/Canelo in 2015... Then Oscar will call GGG a bluff... a.s.o.

... or drop the belt and make the fight at 70-30 at 155, sometime in 2017-2018?

                    ... fixed it for you.

If in "good faith", Team Canelo should have started negotiations on November 2015... and not tell the people that Sulaiman is pressing to date... Sulaiman also had to somehow save his face as the WBC head... WTF?
