i go with tito..one of oscar's main weapons in their fight was he had real good hand speed , which he does not have now ..also his stamina i still questionable .....if this fight happens at it will be at 154 oscar has not fought well at this weight ...also tito still has tons of power and he did very well at 154 lbs. tito wins by late ko or tko...
