The punch that knock him out against Canelo was the same one Maidana nearly KO him with late on in their fight. Khan just doesn't have a boxing brain, this is why I get frustrated with Brook, because he is a well schooled boxer who should be in the frame of fighting someone like Mayweather, but his progress has been so slow that he is even behind some one like Khan.

Amir's chances certainly weren't helped by such a brutal KO loss.

Khan can move, but eventually Garcia is going to time him. Khan isn't good enough to avoid that. It only took Garcia 3 rounds to figure him out the first time, and no matter how Khan runs it would happen again. Could Khan bank enough early rounds and survive the rest of the way? Maybe, but I think Garcia stops him again.

Khan can easily out point Garcia if he stays at long range as much as possible and stays careful and focused.
Thing is, Khan is not a good enough boxer to just stay at range and win against someone who is a capable counter puncher. Garcia is a good counter puncher who has already figured Khan out once. He would do so again.

He and Alvarez actually fight quite similarly.

Let not pretend it was anything other than a lucky punch. Garcia isn't that good.

You can pretend whatever you want, but Garcia was timing Khan by the 2nd round. That left hook was not the least bit luck.
