De La Hoya had the fight very close - LAS VEGAS - All eyes were on the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 7 asWBC, Ring Magazine and Lineal Middleweight World Champion Canelo lvarez (47-1-1, 33 KOs) successfully defended his titles in a brilliant performance with a vicious knockout of former two-time world champion Amir "King" Khan (31-4, 19 KOs) in the sixth of 12 scheduled rounds.

Just stop Oscar, you know we don't talk about how fights go whenever they end in stoppage...

I had Khan winning rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4, not sure how you had 5 rounds even unless you scored the first a draw and gave Canelo one of the other three I just mentioned.

Canelo v. Chocolatitio is next I'm hearing at 155.

mad props to khan for going up 8 lbs and taking on the bigger stronger fighter. it was also a terrible match up for him stylistically but khan still took the challenge!

devastating ko but i think khan won even before a punch was thrown. it shows a lack of respect to boxing that these guys insist on catch weight limits.

respek the sport and stop with the mismatches. i would like to see canelo move back to 154 since he does not want to follow the middleweight division rules. he has his own ***in weight division at 155. wtf

There was 5 rounds before the KO....how the hell could he have had it even without a 10-10 round (which is rarely scored)?????

Alvarez started closing in, really was only a matter of time. Hope khan is ok.

I had Khan winning the 1st two rounds and I may of given him the 3rd because he was still doing pretty good, but by this time I was rooting for the underdog and may of been blinded by that. The next two rounds, Canelo was really closing in on him, so I knew it would just a matter of time. Not sure how Oscar had it even going into the 6th.

I didn't get to see the Noodle Dance. I was looking forward to it. Instead, I saw Khan get straight Deebo'ed.

The only swing round was the 3rd.

Khan won the first 2 while Canelo adjusted to the speed, which he did in the 3rd. Rounds 4 and 5 were clearly Canelo rounds and he was in complete control of round 6 and landing consistently before the thunderous KO.

Khan was up 3 rounds to 2 rounds going into the 6th.

Khan was boxing great but Canelo started jabbing and closing the distance as the fight went on.

Khan was implementing the game plan similar to Lara and Money May but after he got cut he started to become way more cautious. Then eventually got caught.
