Fight shouldn't have happened in the first place. I'm glad Amir got a nice check for his troubles but he got warped into the twilight zone by that punch. I thought the dude was leaving in an ambulance.

Everybody knows that he was a nobody before fighting Barrera. That fight catapulted him into the big leagues. So whatever happened before that fight, is irrelevant, because he was a reckless kid, that had been knocked down even by a jab, more for being immature and ****** than for having a "glass chin".

Can you please tell me how many times he has been knocked down since his fight with Barrera? Everybody knows that the so-called "knock down" in one of the Barrera fights was a slip and the referee called it wrongly. Same as in the Mosley fight. Other than that, I only remember him being floored twice vs the same guy, JMM (Marquez) in the very same fight, one knock down and a brutal KO afterwards. I don't think that's a glass chin by any means. Actually I think he has a solid chin because many of the punches he got from guys like Morales, Barrera and most of all JMM in the fights before the 4th, would have knocked down any other fighter.

I think canelo did good against a very fast fighter maybe not his size but that was the risk amir took,,great head movement and double jab by canelo to get in range real nice showing improvement.
