Five class action lawsuits is a big deal. A judge will consolidate them into one, that is what happens in these cases, but you knew that already right? As you have been involved in civil litigation before. Then you understand that the standard of review is the preponderance of the evidence. He is pretty audacious for calling Manny out cold like that... But did u guys forget 2009-2010? The strange excuses Manny had for refusing random testing? At one point he said "I am afraid of needles", and the next day a photo surfaces of him sitting with a tattoo artist putting a needle all over his arm. We'll never truly know, but its kinda funny how quickly people seem to forget.

1) Roach didnt know the contents of his pre fight work out drink
2) comes out and says Ariza is shady even though their biggest wins was with him as strength and conditioning coach
