Manny fought at 135.. Moved up to 147 to fight Oscar..2 divisions higher and Oscar 1 below where he was at..

Then he went down to 140 for Hatton..

Then to 145 for Cotto

Then Margarito met him at 150 in the middle of the 2 divisions...

Then Marquez at 144. Marquez was fighting at 135

Algieri at 143...Chris was at 140

See, so Manny actually came down to meet the smaller guys halfway and up to meet the bigger guys...that's how catch weights should work..not fighting 140-147 lbers at 155 and making 160 also go down to 155....

So whether you thought you were discrediting Mannys accomplishments or just didn't know, there's your answer.

Yeah but hopefully the context are Title bouts. At least Alvarez provided something whereas Danny Garcia provided what during the 147 transition for Salka or Peterson? I wouldn't say Cotto is your Malignaggi equivalent either...

It's an unfortunate coincidence that Khan's benefit is at 155 because it's highly likely that GBP will mock the hype when they finally transition to the 160 limit. Khan needs 155 for the life of him. Also anything lower can't be sanctioned as a title bout under Middleweight anyways.
