Nowhere near 10%. He's flexing his abs and even they look soft. He looks better than I expected but he's very soft still. Very little definition in the rest of his body. I had hoped he would roid out for this one to put on some quick and useful size (I'm familiar with the use of roids) but alas, he didn't.
Looking a bit soft isnt always bad thing. He looks fine to me, healthy, not gaunt or drained,
