He's looking in good condition overall as expected, seems well-rounded and he's talking like he's focused, confident but cautious which, too date, has always been indicative of a good performance.

Nowhere near 10%. He's flexing his abs and even they look soft. He looks better than I expected but he's very soft still. Very little definition in the rest of his body. I had hoped he would roid out for this one to put on some quick and useful size (I'm familiar with the use of roids) but alas, he didn't.
