      Trinidad

      De La Hoya

      Joppy

      JDJ

The last two would be considered ggg's best wins if he fought them today.

Exactly. He waited until Trinadad came from 147-154 and that was his signature win at the time... He moved on to win great fights and become a legend but his stay at middleweight wasn't littered with ATG fighters lol...

Hilarious that the first two names are guys that never fought at middleweight minus like 1 fight prior...
Names for sure but not middleweights by any stretch.

So in 3 years we can say GGG beat Canelo,Brook,Jacobs and one other middling middleweight and that would be equal to the guys you just listed bud.

            yeah, I was so disappointed back then that Hopkins-Allen 4, Hopkins-Echols 3, Hopkins-Hakkar 2, Hopkins-Vanderpool 2, and Hopkins-Council 2 never got made.....

LMAO at tossing in De La Dive in there....So in a decade plus in the U.S. he fought 4 total names in a reign that spanned twelve plus years. You want to compare him to a guy that spent almost his full seven unrecognized outside of europe. Talk about grasping at straws.

I disagree with X in that I'd rather aee Ward-Kovalev than Kovalev-GGG. As for GGG moving up to light heavyweight to fight the Ward-Kovalev winner, its a no-brainer. Unfortunately for Gennady, the Canelo thing is unlikely. At least in the next 12mons. The closest elite to GGG in terms of weight will be the Ward-Kovalev winner. Will be an excellent superfight for the first has of 2017.

GBP and Team Canelo should have just kept it low-key, maybe even keep on pretending they were willing to take the fight (even if they weren't going to).

Because all this talk from Canelo, Reynoso, DLH, Gomez and Hopkins ****ting on a guy they want no part off is just going to make the inevitable duck even more embarrassing.

It's like they're cribbing posts from BoxingScene thread. What are they thinking?
