You guys gonna disagree with me on this, but I gotta defend Canelo a little bit.

He could have taken the easy-money road by fighting Cotto as soon as he was defeated by Austin Trout, but he chose to fight the undefeated southpaw instead of going with his promoter's advice to do the opposite.

He also fought Lara, who has been avoided like the plague, sure he wasn't gonna lose in the cards, but he did get in the ring with him didn't he?
