Business is cut throat.

But I wish he wasn't such a hater and used his past experience in the boxing world to bring something to the forum. But that man a hater
anyone who has a different opinion than you idiots is automatically labeled a "hater". Im too lazy to search the forums, but I'd bet lunch you were one of the clowns going on and on and on about how Wade (a mandatory, not a choice) never fought a 12 rounder, and blah blah blah, but for a Ward opponent (who you clowns also claim would school GGG), voluntarily choosing a guy who never fought a 12 rounder is just fine and dandy.

Oosthuizen does not have a fight scheduled because he can't stop drinking alcohol. A pity, really. There was an article here on the site a few months back about it...

He's a real top 10 guy at LHW, not an alphabet title to 10 fighter. Of course this would have been a good summer fight before Ward-Kovalev.

Ward is a home-town fighter he doesn't like travelling the super six prove that much the only one to not get on a plane to another country.
          Lol what the hell.

I'd really like him to fight Beterbiev, but Haymon and Hov don't get along right?

Yep I was one of the main ones saying the Wade fight was trash and I don't care about a mandatory and he should drop that belt. I said the IBF belt isn't worth keeping and no other MW's want the belt because they'll have to fight mado's like Wade and it's a beginners belt. Great for young fighters like Joshua but not worth anything for GGG because of his age and resume. If you think I'm wrong then go take a look at the IBF rankings and tell me which one of those fighters you want to see him fight? He has the WBA. He's guaranteed a shot at the WBC or he's guaranteed the belt if he doesn't get his shot. Considering his age/resume/ and circumstances I don't see the point of him holding onto that belt. It brings him nothing but horrible mando's. But you look at it from a promoters POV. He makes good money for K2 fighting those guys and you don't have to pay them much.

As far as Ward and Shabranskyy, hell no he's not in Ward's class. Very few are. But he's a hell of a lot better than Wade. Barrera is a hell of a lot better than Wade. And Ward has a HOF resume and a fight scheduled with the #1 p4p fighter imo. What does GGG have? What did fighting Wade accomplish?

That's the rumor but Hov isn't even involved in the RNS boxing business from what I can tell. All his energy is put into Tidal and his sports agency and music. It pisses me off because boxing needs more exposure and between him, his wife, and his roc nation artists they could be doing a lot more to promote boxing. Dusty Harrison has a fight coming up on BET and he's tweeting out ticket info and doing a lot of promotions. That's cool but he isn't the promoter. Jay Z can do a damn interview where he talks about boxing as well as Tidal. He puts no effort into the boxing business. He didn't even do promotion for Cotto-Canelo. He showed up at the gym and took pictures and that was it.

yeah that's been known for awhile, but just with Jay's name attached makes it a problem (or so everyone says)

yeah i kind of doubted that GBP would just feed their best LHW prospect to ward. it's not really a good deal for them

not sure who that leaves for ward. maybe cleverly gets recycled again?

                      Huh?
Then why hasn't it happened now?
If you're serious about a fight happening you have it as soon as it becomes available but no all Ward is doing is building you up to him not going forward with it.
