      It's not about the money, it's about who's going to give him the most exposure.

      Eddie Hearn made that very clear:

      “The problem is he’s earning — you see what Wilder was making for his last fight, taking [the upcoming fight with Alexander] Povetkin away — Joshua is making three or four times as much as Wilder is making already. So to come to the U.S., he’d have to take such a big pay cut, but with our relationship with a broadcaster, a network, maybe not next, not in November, but you may see him in the U.S. next year. I want him to be a pay-per-view fighter in the U.S., so we have to build him and that’s going to take time.”

      The best place for that to happen is HBO. Showtime will likely offer him more money, but they'll do little to increase his popularity in the US.

        Both fights on Showtime were competitive and were meaningful in the big picture of the 168 division.

        If people didn't tune that was their loss in my opinion.

            once again u are foold bc hbo is only giving u 4 fighters per year..they all have names...showtime is giving you a line up..its more hardcore..but when the put on their good names like danny garcia..they do numbers..thurman does numbers..its just that simple..
