it's not as big of a part of floyd's game. it's more emphasized in an offensive machine's arsenal.

This is where your whole argument falls on it's arse. Canelo never uses his strength/physicality. More his reach/height but look at Mayweather as the prime example, not once did he just walk him down. Mayweather actually walked him down at points. Then I woke up and Canelo was fighting Terrance Crawford at 155 and GGG signed to fight the Roto rooter repair man.
