Despite what people say, after Wilder sparks out Povetcan't, he still wont get the respect he deserves. Theres only one fight I want to see after this and its Fury vs Wilder
Povetkin who has a serious height and reach disadvantage is not going to realistically try to out box Wilder for 12 rounds. Especially not from the inside which is where he would have to fight to consistently land on Wilder. Povetkin will most definitely go for a k.o. as he did against Wlad. In that fight Povetkin didn't do a lot of work on the inside, he rather opted to bob and weave a bit, feint and wait for a chance to get in a big shot with the hopes of hurting the suspect chinned Wlad. That caused Povetkin to throw a lot of lunging looping punches which gave Wlad openings to land and knock him down a few times. Same will happen against Wilder except he won't be able to take Wilders power the same so he will get stopped. Wilder by mid round ko
I wouldn't be surprised if it happens to him again.
Wilder is a 6'7 athletic giant with a tremendous punch.
But doesn't have a jab, he doesn't mix it up, he really lacks fundamentals, that's why an inferior fighter like Duhaupas made him work hard for 11 rounds.
Povetkin is a better, more complete fighter but he's small 6'2, and doesn't really have the style (head movement, footwork) to beat a 5 inches taller man.
I wouldn't be surprised if Wilder ko Povetkin, but wouldn't be surprised if Povetkin can land something big and stop Wilder.
So thats the amatuers, he hasnt been KOD as a pro . And since when does he not have a jab, he actually has a pretty good one thats one of his best attributes. He does lack some fundamentals but he started boxing really lat hes just naturally talented and is able to make up for his flaws with his power and athleticism , hes also getting better with every fight.
Not surprising. Wlad's power's always been a bit overrated.
Wilder puts everything into his shots and leaves his opponents bloodied and twitching on the canvas. Wlad last knocked an opponent unconscious back in 2010.

That's the amateur, but I guess the guy isn't iron chinned, his size and improved defense has been protecting his chin.
I would worry for him if he faces a guy like Joshua, with size an power.
Does really have at best an average jab, Klitschko has a good jab.
