You cried about fair fights for five years. How come that doesnt matter to you now?

    • STOP making this about GGG! Canelo is not just making the 155 demands to just GGG, it is made to ALL middleweights!! So he needs his a$$ stripped of the middleweight title if he is frightened of fighting 160 pound fighters!!!!! GGG has his own idiosyncrasies! This is about the MIDDLEWEIGHT title and Canelo's demands!

      • Why doesn't Garcia bring up the fact that Canelo is willing to face WW's but not fight the top guys in his own weight class without a CW?

Why does Canelo need a CW for an opponent that he's bigger than on fight night anyway!?

We know GGG isn't allowed to, that's why its 154!
Doesn't mean he has to for nelo! Just because he is prepared to do it for Floyd don't mean he has to for nelo
          Again, that's not the point.

The point is, GGG said "I will fight ANYONE from 154 to 168"

          That should include:

Ward at 168 (rejected, asked for 164, obviously Ward didn't accept)
Canelo at 155 (rejected for the moment, asking 160, Canelo doesn't want to budge)

This is about GGG being a liar and a hypocrite. That's it. I KNOW, EVERYBODY KNOWS that the REAL Middleweight weight limit is 160 and Canelo is bending the rules in his favor BUT THAT'S NOT THE ISSUE HERE. The issue is that GGG's word has no value, so why should Canelo honor the requests (even if fair) of a person who can't stand by his word?

          • GGG you are the B side before the A side

Mayweather was B side against DLH, then in beating DLH he became the A side the same with Pac. So they had to bend to DLH demands. You have to take the risk to become the cash cow nobody is going to give it to you. If that's not important and you don't want to give up any competitive advantages I totally understand. Take the belt and less money and move on but you won't be a PPV attraction.

Did he say at what weight he will fight ANYONE? I doubt it...

Forget what GGG said or trying to understand what he meant by what he said.
People just want the fight made at a weight best four them both so compromise
Just like fkloyd said GGG is easy work without contemplating even fighting GGG!

160 is from 154 to 168. He never said he wouldn't make compromises, and that he would give the advantage at every opportunity

                    • These guys talk as if GGG went 12 rounds with Mayweather at 154. He didn't, and if the catchweight is a big deal how come guys like Ward who said they would fight Mayweather at 160, don't fight GGG at 160.

The same argument can be made, if he said yes to him then why no to another guy. Bull****, especially when the lineal champion demands catchweights for every fight.
