The reigning WBC super welterweight champion Ricardo Mayorga (28-5-1, 23 KOs), from Nicaragua, will defend his crown against eight-time world champion Oscar De La Hoya (37-4, 29 KOs), from Los Angeles, when they meet at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 6.
