I live in Danbury, CT...about 40min away from WB...we go to the mall to see a movie or two sometimes...have not been to the gyms there though

iceman, im thinking of starting boxing, ive been busy lately so i plan on goin in the summer, i still jump rope and lift now but nothing compared to real boxing i assume. in waterbury and ring one, do they have personal trainers you can hire or how does all that work?
