    Golovkin vs. Pascal

Golovkin vs. Pascal. Who would win at 168lbs, prime-vs-prime?

    Let's look at the advantages...

    1.
Size: Pascal (they are equally tall, but Pascal got longer reach and is naturally more powerfully built, even fighting at 175lbs now)
    2.
Power: Golovkin (Pascal can punch, but Golovkin, even as a middleweight, just punches harder. He probably hits harder than any other fighter at 175lbs and below, except for Kovalev and Stevenson)
    3.
Speed: Pascal (Golovkin is not a very fast guy, while Pascal, on the other hand, got lightning fast hands, even when throwing full power punches)
    4.
Chin: Equal (Golovkin's chin looks solid, but he has not yet fought a dangerous puncher with good skills. Pascal has proven to have an iron chin and it took brutal blows from Kovalev to stop Pascal. Golovkin most likely wouldn't have survived those blows from Kovalev, but it's hard to say. The only fair judgement here would be that their chins are equal, until Golovkin proves otherwise)
    5.
Skills: Equal (Neither of them are without skills, but neither of them are technical specialists neither. They're at around the same level here)

I think this could have been a very exciting fight and it's difficult to say who the winner would be.

Yeah, they got skills, but I won't call them technical specialists, as they are too far behind the true technical specialists, which includes ring geniuses such as Mayweather, Ward, Whitaker, Hopkins and Rigondeaux.

I find it funny how some people are seeing this as an automatic win for Golovkin. Would Golovkin have been able to do any better against Froch or Hopkins or Kovalev than Pascal did? To be honest, I imagine Golovkin to do worse.
