A skin condition has nothing to do with someones physique.

He had some sort of genetic illness for like a year which mean he couldn't really train, plus he has allergies to most food so nutrition is a problem for him, plus he's not juicing.

Its a shame because he's dedicated and clearly skilled but physically he's at a huge disadvantage
