If there is anybody more annoying than Briggs it's Toney. They are two guys who beat bums and then demanded big money fights. At least Briggs speaks clearly. Toney is so punchy he can't talk right. As washed up as Briggs is he has got more left than the once great but now totally washed up Toney. Like Briggs Toney talks endless **** about the top heavyweights being scared of him and demands a big money fight. What neither of them will do is try to beat anybody worth a damn to earn a big fight. Briggs got lucky. His circus act landed him a big money fight with Haye. Now we'll see if Briggs can still fight or just talk big.

No watch some interviews from 20 ish years ago. He sounded normal and was quite witty. I noticed slight slurring around the time of Ali movie and that was 10+ years ago. Thank god he can't get fights anymore as he a danger to himself at this point.
