Khan looks huge WTF?! Look I give him no chance of winning but regardless, WAR KHAN! Give the man respect for taking this fight, if he wins how can you not say he is up there with the best pound for pound?! For all the s*** he talks look at his record, he lost a few but he has faced world class fighters, Brook should take a page out of his book.

April 27, 2013:
Amir Khan survived an early knockdown and a late onslaught to eke out an unconvincing points win over supposedly damaged goods in Julio Díaz, yet he was told within minutes of the decision that his next fight would be for a world title.
On his return to the UK after an absence of two years, the judges gave it to him 114-113, 115-113 and 115-112, but again Khan's lack of one-punch power allowed his opponent to force him into uncomfortable situations. He had the heart but not the hammer.
.
I had it a draw, but with the sixth and the 12th even, and two 10-8 rounds to the Mexican, so there was little in it either way. However, the loser will feel aggrieved on two counts: first, that he started too cautiously and second, that he did not receive full dividend for his domination of the second half of the contest...

how ignorant can a person be? so yeah he's gonna get a fat check in this fight, but lets just ignore who he is fighting to get that fat check right?
i hate khan but atleast give him some credit for taking on this fight regardless if its about the money or not. he didnt have to take this fight. could have gone a different route and make close to what he'll be making in the canelo fight. ya acting like khan will be seeing $20+ mil or something against canelo.

Does it make sense for Khan to risk losing to one of those guys on PBC for a million dollar purse or losing by KO to Canelo for 5,6,7,8 times that? Now get back to me with you "ignorant that is" reply...because i'd like to see any adult on here say they'd risk a loss for a million bucks when they can take the same exact level of risk for multiple times that amount. He did have to take this fight...He can't afford to lose to Brook there goes 70% of his fan base which is his country. He can't afford to lose to Garcia because that's not a ppv event. He can't afford to lose to porter or thurman because neither guy brings much money to the table. Floyd and Manny are gone, Cotto isn't going fight him on PPV, so who is left that gets Amir north of 5 million bucks? NOBODY!
WE dont know what will happen if khan fight brook or any of the other PBC guys. this is u making up stuff to suit your debate. so now khan has a big fan base 70%? i thought ya was saying khan doesnt draw.
u acting like khan hasnt seen a mil pay day before. he doesnt need to take the canelo fight but he wanted too, for whatever reason, thats on him. your acting like the money khan is getting for canelo is $20+ mil or something. khan will be making $6mil for this fight give or take a few. its not like khan is broke and is desperate for money.
of course everyone wants the bigger purse but your acting like this is all what khan wants and beating canelo is not in khan's mind. Khan could fight those other PBC guys, and if he ends up losing, he can still maintain a minimum of $1mil for his next fight base off his name only, so why would he risk getting ko and possibly further damage to his body and mind to where his career will end early for $6mil only?

we dont know what will happen if khan fight those other PBC guys. for all we know, khan could end up winning. and if khan did end up losing, the damage he'll take in those fights will not surpass the damage he'll take in the canelo fight. i would agree with u that khan is fighting canelo just for a fat check if khan was getting $20+ mil or something.

Khan is fast but plenty of fights have been able to deal with his speed. Peterson wasn't too bothered by it, Algieri, Garcia, Julio Diaz, i'm sure they all had problems at times but they could all deal with it well enough in general.
So if Canelo is as good as he's supposed to be and one of the best p4p in the world then surely he has an answer for Khan's speed. Supposed lesser fighters than him could.

He's just looking for a payday. I agree with you 100%, and I have been saying it from the start. HE WILL GET SERIOUSLY HURT. I really don't know how boxing officials are allowing this to happen.
