I think Herrera's speed would stun the reporter. In a street fight scenario, I see the boxer blooding up the face of the reporter with a combination or two. Thoughts?

The reporter is a light heavyweight. If he grabs and wrestles Herrera it could be a wrap. The Riverside boxer would have to fold his big ass quick with a one-two. Then bust his ass with a hook as he's retreating.
