For one, GGG has been talking unification since 2012 when he came here. Two, it's smart, it's only way fighters like him to get the top fighters. No one wants to risk being hit like that unless GGG brings a huge following, which is now happening. Two, there are no elites willing to fight at 168. Ward wasn't ready when he said he was.

It's not just GGG fans, it's the experts who make the ****ing p4p list and the fighters themselves.

The list of GGG duckers is so long I'm sick of listing it. But these boxing scribes and the fighters themselves are clearly more knowledgable about the sport than you. It's laughable you'd think otherwise.

GGG should go for this one while its possible. If it doesn't happen now, it's never happening.

Gilberto is a huge 6'2" supermiddle and 24 years old. Almost guaranteed he moves up to 175 in short order.

Similar to Floyd taking the fight with a young skinny Canelo and looking good for it years later.

Ramirez vs Abraham was the co-main event on the Pacquiao vs Bradley PPV that sold more then twice what Golovkin's PPV sold, way more people saw Ramirez vs Abraham then GGG vs Lemieux. Ramirez will completely outclass GGG and he knows it, that's why the coward chose to duck, but GGG will use your name to promote his bum fights though we already know that's his blueprint.

Either way, 168 is not in GGG's radar anyway. He wants to unify at HIS weight class, 160. Nothing wrong with that.
