So now we are going to use the "GGG ducked Ward" card in order to defend Canelo for not fighting the real middleweight champion??? Canelo is a hype job! golden boy,HBO and de la Hoya are protecting this guy to make 2 more Ppv money grabs before he gets slaughtered by GGG. Canelo resume is built on old smaller name fighters who were already in thier tail end of their careers. His best win was against Cotto who he had to outweigh by 20lbs to have a advantage and couldn't even drop and KO a old Cotto who was just there to survive. The great Canelo was huffing and puffing after the 8th and didn't want to risk running out of gas and go for the KO.

Let's not forget that Ward was inactive for years even if he wanted to fight GGG he would of ask HBO to let him fight 3 tunes up for millions of dollars and then he would of fought GGG. Same move he's pulling on Kovalev I don't see Ward's eagarness to fight Sergei at all.
