i dont know why people are trying to downplay crawford. the man's skills are quite visible.

crawford is already in the top 10 p4p....
Not everybody thinks the same way you think or shares your opinion. I have seen much of Crawford and I think he is good. I just don't think he is as good as you think he is. I think I see some weaknesses. If he beats Postol that would be his best win and a great win for him. I think Postol will beat him so we'll soon see if Crawford is the ace you claim him to be.

Crawford is already in the top 10, so how does Postol get a higher jump into the rankings with a win here?

On Sevond thought I would rank Postol 5 on my list behind Ward at 4. I thought his win over Lucas was more impressive than anything Crawford has done but he did resort to a lot of clinching to get that win.

I already have Crawford at 5 and he wouldn't move up my list unless he blitz Postol. As of now I feel GGG, Kova, Ward, and Gonzales are all superior to both him and Postol.

I already got crawford on my list,,, and if he beats Postol, it will only reinforce his standing..

If Postol wins, especially in clear fashion, then I think he could creep on the list, at the very least he is an honorable mention.. Wins over crawford and lucas are about as good as you can get for most fighters

Would you rank that win over Matthysse as better than Crawford's win over Gamboa?

How could you not? All things equal okay but it wasn't. Size advantage and inactivity over Gamboa versus Lucas who was coming off a win over Provodnikov and did it more convincingly than anyone including Bradley and lineal 140 king Herrera. Lucas is better than anything Crawford has.

I'd say that Gamboa was harder to beat at the time that Crawford took him down. But its definitely a worthy debate. We'll see on fight night.

P4P list to me is not simply a measure of a resume. How you win matters. If Crawford wins by a SD, he'll jump a spot for me. If he dominates the fight, he'll get into the top 5. Same for Postol - if he beats Crawford via a controversial SD, he'll take Crawford's spot. If he dominates him, he'll jump into top5.

Unless Postol clinches non-stop and pulls some dirty ****, then screw him.
