Valero was a come forward brawler who depended on the straight left, body work and swarming. He wasn't a fast fighter, he just was a strong fighter who had no fear whatsoever.

2009-2010 Mayweather would have boxed circles around the dude and likely stopped him. Just like Gatti.

You can't compare that Mayweather to the one that faced Manny. The one that faced Manny didn't need to do anything beyond what he did because Manny didn't show up. If Manny had fought Floyd the way he fought Margarito, you'd have seen a lot more action out of Floyd to counter him.

Floyd only gatti'd gatti because gatti was washed up and wasnt really that much of a great boxer. a club fighter who got fame due to his incredible heart and brawling fights.
