Very true, but let's not pretend PBC is scheduling 50/50 fights all the time.
When you break it down, the PBC had more competitive fights last year than HBO. A lot of that has to due with the volume of fights they had overall, but either way, it's still true. I'm talking about competitive fights on paper and what actually transpired in the ring.
Showtime has been getting the biggest fights recently, but their first 3 NBC cards (Thurman-Guerrero, Garcia-Peterson plus Lee-Quillin, and Broner-Porter), their first FOX card (Garcia-Guerrero), and their third ESPN card (Santa Cruz-Mares) are their biggest cards so far.
Thurman-Porter coming up on CBS's first primetime card will be their biggest.

Can you name a competitive HBO fight? It's a bum fights. Kovalev vs Mohhamedi was the biggest betting mismatch in boxing history. 4 times bigger than Tyson vs Douglas.
