Ward/Roc Nation offer to GGG. Serious effort or clever Propaganda?

So Roc Nation/Ward sent an offer to K2/GGG for a fight with Ward for a sepcific date ~12 months in the future after both fighers will have tuneup fights.

Ward has been inactive and fought for the first time in 2 years, against Paul Smith at a catchweight of 172lb on BET (Back Entertainment Network)

While Ward was inactive, GGG fought 5 times on HBO and sold out multiple venues.

The offer was sent just minutes after the GGG/Lemieux PPV was announced and K2 announced that GGG would be fighting the Canelo/Cotto winner if he beats Lemieux, which would be one of the biggest fights in boxing:

A video interview with unbeaten super-middleweight champion Andre Ward has stirred up his rivalry with unbeaten middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin.

Loeffler said the Roc Nation email was received hours after he’d already announced Golovkin’s fight with Lemieux at Madison Square Garden, with Roc Nation aware the World Boxing Council designated Golovkin (33-0, 30 knockouts) the mandatory challenger to a then-pending Miguel Cotto-Saul “Canelo” Alvarez title bout that will be fought Nov. 21. Roc Nation promotes Cotto.
    Two things to consider

Why did they make that offer minutes after K2 announced the Lemieux PPV and the deal GGG had with Cotto/Canelo, which basically locked in GGG for a long period of time?

Who would have accepted the deal to fight Ward, who fought only one time, at 172lb in 2 years, for a 50/50 split @168 at a specific time in ~one year that basically prevents you from getting the Canelo fight?

I think we have proven Ward is a somewhat clever imposter.

Serious effort, sending the offer minutes after the announcement was a coincidence.

The offer was made before the announcement, the excuse was the Lemieux fight was agreed not announced. At least get your facts straight.

Agreed, so It was made public.

Why make an offer to K2 minutes after the fighter agreed to fight someone else and agreed to be mandatory for a WBC unification in a megafight afterwards?

Neither guys career is over. They could still meet down the line, who knows. GGG obviously has his mind set on getting all the belts at 160 regardless if it's hurting him or not...he has to deal with the backlash of his decisions.

Ward made the move to LHW and the plan is to fight Kovalev in probably the fight to determine who's the best fighter in the world..

I like GGG but if he doesn't get Jacobs,Canelo,or Saunders next then I'm not interested.

Ward didn't know the Lemieux fight was signed, if it even was (Only Lil' Gina's team knows both when the offer was received and when they signed the fight).
