I'm just asking for consistency. Canelo asking for 155 is bs, GGG asking for 164 was bs. GGG not compromising on weight isn't any better or worse than Ward not compromising on weight.

the media will crucify him and brand him a coward.

ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BORDER.
GGG won't agree on any weight below 160 for the WBC title. Principles and he doesn't want a Diva like Canelo to change the sport. If he would agree to 155, Oscar would make a contract that GGG has to pay $2 million dollars for every pound he weighs over 155.

That title excuse is invalid, he sold the right to use that excuse when he accepted step aside fee.

Mando accepting a step aside fee means the champ doesn't have to defend the belt at the proper weight? What will this idiot think of next?

That's exactly what it means, he doesn't have to defend it against Golovkin at any weight. Atleast until after the Khan fight.

We're talking about when they do fight. I (and Jubei) am not asking Canelo to sign the fight now and fight him before Khan. I'm talking about what weight they should agree to after Khan, assuming he wins. That weight should be 160 and GGG having accepted step aside fees in the past is irrelevant. I know you can keep up with the conversation if you try.

and Floyd had no problem at 154 for Oscar and Cotto, but demanded 152 for Canelo
