Russel and his excuses he tried to outdo someone who was better than him at the technical chessmatch game, and that strategy was never going to work. Is like going in trying to beat Floyd or Rigo trying to out counter them . Not gonna go well for you, you gotta be willing to go Salido on him.

I thought Gary just tried to out hustle Loma in hopes of stealing a decision with corrupt officials. That 9% connect rate was enough to impress one idiot judge.

Russell seems to be doing better, more aggressive now... but still, I just don't see how he beats basically a perfect boxer in Loma. And the fight won't mean anything when Loma eventually starts going downhill in 5 years. It would only mean something now, and Russell simply cannot win now. He just needs to learn that not everything works out in life, and move on.
