The fights gonna start off high paced with porter pushing and handling thurman at will, thurman gonna be running and running and all the nerds who DKSAB is gonna say thurman just trying to get his timing and warming up then porter gonna break thurman down and stop thurman by round 6.

the after math is gonna be a bunch of nerds who DKSAB gonna try to throw dirt on porters name.
Man shut up. Porter ate flush counters he didn't even see coming from Broner all night long and got dropped in the twelfth round, if Broner can do that to him, then Thurman will murder him.

Only reason Porter won the Broner fight in the first place is cause of Broner inactivity, Thurman don't got that problem.

Agreed. It ain't gonna be pretty, I think we'll see Porter on the canvass a few times during the fight.

Only way Porter gets stopped is if he gets outclassed badly and his heart quits.. His chin won't..

Thurman can crack well enough though. Chaves is a good stoppage over a solid guy, and he almost had Guerrero in a later round.

Smart money on Thurman, but it'll be very close.

If Thurman can crack harder than Kell Brook, and Porter loses focus as he tends to do... as he did with Broner...then Thurman has a chance to stop Porter. Other than that Thurman will try to use his legs, mix up the power of his shots and then hold and try to frustrate Porter.

                    Chaves>Porter

Seriously I was wayyy more worried when Kell was gonna be fighting Chaves than when he fought Porter. Chaves probably does everything better,in fact he does.

Porter is so basic, comes forward, carries little power, wails away, makes things ugly...all of this would be perfect for a good counter puncher, which thurman may be but he doesn't beat Porter. Why? Because Thurman doesn't like tough going. Someone like Brook can tough it out, Thurman can't.

Of course, Thurman carries enough power to chin Porter but I'm not hedging my bets on a possible punch. Porter wins a ugly decision.
