I really don't understand the dislike for GGG he's well up there P4P and maybe no.1 Alls he wants to do is defend his title at middleweight against the best available.

All's that other fighters want to do is grab a bit of his name by either trying to drag him down into another division or move him up one or two to make it advantages for themselves.

These catchweight contests are ruining boxing and as we know have a built in excuse for the loser.Should Amir Khan sneak past Canelo which is highly unlikely can you imagine what planet he would end up on should GGG land on his glass jaw .....this kind of stuff is ****** and really needs to be stopped it is dangerous!

Truth. The government will start asking GGG to hit people with 100% of his power so that they can travel back in time and change events. Saving the lives of Lincoln, Kennedy, and Hitler.

You don't have to believe this hype.

HBO try to hype fighters and make them America's heroes...That's just ridiculous.

I won't hate a guy, especially if he looks like a good guy and is a good fighter JUST because Lampley or Merchant are making a living on his nuts, wouldn't be fair.

Golovkin is hyped mainly because of his big amateur background.
That's also why he hasn't done yet much as a pro.

As an amateur, he has beaten Korobov, Direll and Bute by KO (to name few that you might know), been world champ, and olympic finalist.

For sure as a pro, taking 14 mandos of a tiny WBA belt, he hasn't proven he can beat A fighters, but he's blown away with ease B and C fighters.

It's not like the guy hasn't proven great abilities in the sport.

To me, an hypejob is Spence (right now), a guy who hasn't won a legit international amateur medal and hasn't beaten a world champion in his own division (Algieri was a 140 champ) just a B- fighter in Algieri.

It's not Golovkin's fault that Boxingscene takes each line in a Sanchez interview and turns it into a separate article.
