Yep. Ward's handling of the GG situation was disingenuous. He could have stopped the story by admitting he became fat, can't make the weight anymore, not interested in the fight, etc. Look at the mess he created. Haters are still chanting his name as if it's that easy to stop gaining weight. Man the guy produced fanatical haters you'll never see in your life.

There's very little substance to the man. All I see is a man who's team has created a very clever narrative to promote him. I fail to see any virtue in wanting to unify a division with little to no competition. It's boxing, money talks and bull**** walks. If he wanted a big fight, his team could have bucked up by now. Instead, he has chosen to ride the mandatory/nobody wants to fight me claim all the way to the bank.

It also doesn't help that his fights are unwatchable. The mismatches are something within themselves. What's worse, is trying to decipher what Lampley is saying with GGG's **** in his mouth. The HBO broadcast team sounds like they're pushing a product on an infomercial.
