IBF should have semi-final and final eliminators before every mandatory. and if the mandatory then gets injured, simply postpone it and let the champ have another voluntary or two rather than calling a last minute replacement

That's because it's not necessarily the power it's that he's very tricky and catches them off guard with those shots.
