I like GGG and his methodology, his power and his attitude!
However I see a difference in him in the last 3 bouts!
I see him giving away his punches by showing his elbows, he is beginning to turn his gloves also. The shots are getting wider when straight shots should come first to set up the wider punches. I see him leaning in more than he used because his jab isn't going to the chest anymore it's try to hit the head but its fully extended.
The biggest problem I see is that his head movement is not setting up counter combos! He is getting hit by lesser quality when he should be avoiding shots by slipping them. It should be part of his methodology instead he is letting his ego
become part of his "show"!

He needs a challenge while he still has legs............or does he?

He was clipped behind the ear the first kd. The 2nd kd was the result of the left uppercut...the right just pushed him down.

Golovkin has a very small window at 34 years of age and sadly he's on pace with becoming one of the sport's biggest underachiever. It takes more than 2 rounds to know if he has slowed but it wouldn't surprise me if he has.
