I thought Gonzalez was pretty good. Can't be a knockout every time.

This point has been lost on some people.

Including the announcers and judges who totally wrote him off.

Lol, if you don't appreciate the skills roman is showing, you are missing a lot of good things I think. For a guy that throws close to 1000 punches, his defense is as good as it gets, he is a swarmer so ofcourse he does get hit but he slips,he parries very well and his footwork is excellent allowing him to cut the ring off without much problem and always in a position to punch, his combination and countering is "marquez level" and his anticipation to his opponents punches is very accurate. the guy is better than Chavez sr , I believe that 100%

I thought he won 3-4 rounds. He held his own and wasn't outclassed. Roman just outworked him. Both fighters showed a lot of skill especially defensively. A lot of those shots were being blocked and rolled.

He is good don't get me wrong but I do think HBO is overhyping him simply because he fights on HBO

P4P #1 should be vacant until somebody actually EARN IT!

Arroyo was fighting with one shoe. I bet his older brother with two shoes give Gonzalez an even tougher fight
