If they wanted real results they should have used USADA.

If anyone wanted real results there would be 24/7/365 testing. Its a lil nutty to me people think testing 4-8 weeks before a fight matters all that much. PEDs have often been shown to have long term positive effects. There is actually a solid argument if a boxer used certain PEDs for a period of time he will have YEARS LONG if not LIFELONG positive athletic changes made to his body.
