    Poor Wade, looking skinnyfat there.

I wonder if they removed his ankle bracelet yet?

The mexican nation will not take to kindly to that and basically it's a duck

      ... 157 is "fair" but 164 wasn't, right?

... what you don't understand is that it was about 157 all along, even if it isn't "fair" -- because the rules are old and clear.

157 is fair when you're willing to drop to 154 for a huge payday, and 157 is also a huge payday.

164 isn't fair when you're willing to go to 168 for everyone except that one guy that bothered to call you out after saying everyone in his class was afraid of you.

It also isn't fair that Alvarez is a middleweight champion that refuses to fight at the full middleweight limit, but let's not act like that matters in the grand scheme of things. In the event that Canelo vacates or does not budge on his weight demand and gets stripped, Golovkin gets upgraded to full champion and still gets no major payday, while Canelo remains a superstar regardless. We know that's not what he wants.

If that does occur though, I'll bet my bottom dollar that he'll continue to chase Canelo, because he wants the money more than he wants the belt. Even now, he continues to call out retired-for-nearly-a-year-and-continuously-says-he's-never-coming-back Floyd Mayweather, and if Mayweather and Alvarez called at the same time trying to get him to sign a contract for a fight, he'd hang up in Canelo's face seeing money signs, giving less than zero ****s about a belt.

OK... I usually don't waste time in repeating old stuff.
          But...

Go down to 154 to fight the best and the most "liquid" WW, who also held a major title at 154 is one thing.
Go down at 157 in order to fight the dude who holds titles at 160 and has you as mandatory is a different thing...
Go up at 168 and meet a guy who holds no belts, who came back at LHW, who is desperate because he has no contract with HBO or Showtime and who finally "remembers" you after you called him for years is total different thing.

          Don't answer me.

The only reason why I said that ...is to remove canelo from the middlweight belt and if golovkin can lose 2 pounds and still be super fit and not weight drained then he should just put the ball back in canelos court....of course he doesn't have to because he's a middleweight and 160lb is the division and he can stick to his ground....but I wanna see canelos actions when golovkin says ok we fight at 157....I don't think canelo even wants it at 157 and if he don't then just strip him of the title, call his bluff and lets see what Hoya and that goon Gomez has to say , I'm saying this because I cannot handle anymore of canelos and his teams diva behaviour ...my view is that golovkin should just rid canelo of that title and if it means an extra 2 pounds then do and finish him so he middlweight title can have some normality back

These legendary boxers didn't need ripped abs or big muscles to be champions of their time.

Plus the fact Wade is near 6ft tall, he likely is very fit its one thing looking the part its another being the part.

If anything Wade looks like he could make 155lbs for Canelo.
Be interested to see what gameplan Wade is going to bring into this fight I'm obviously thinking he's intending on trying to go on the backfoot whether that will work or not.

... of course they don't want it even at 157... team canelo doesn't want it at all... I suspect that canelo (who's young, doe) would want to take the fight, just because he doesn't realise how protected but helpless he actually is.

Look before you cast stones I suggest you read my old posts and see that morally and correctly golovkin can say 160lb or no fight ..and I have always said that...and my view has not changed but as what I said if it rids canelo of that title and stops this ridiculous 155lb situation then I can't say no to it, if golovkin can make 157lb safely and not be affected by the weight and finally get canelo in the ring then just do it and remove his diva ass from that middleweight throne then he should say ok ...big drama show and canelo you have 157lb your nice boy...I not respect you but let's fight ..I am here lol

Canelo had the liberty of sparring with GGG I'm going to go off on a limb and say this is exactly why the ginger kid doesn't want to fight him.

You can say it's just sparring, you can say the pro real fight is actually different but you can gauge a whole lot from actually sparring someone.

The WBC should have stripped Canelo as soon as he refused to fight his next fight above 155lbs at the very least move to 157lbs and fight a REAL middleweight not a blown up welterweight to middleweight.
EVEN Miguel Cotto had the balls to fight at 157 and fight a real middleweight where are Canelos balls at ginger twat only wants to pick on guys much physically smaller than him.
