    in boxing,

its more about the miles on the car than the age of the car. in boxing terms, GGG is one of those old young fighters. similar to bernard, nate campbell, calzaghe, floyd (due to being babied and brought up by top rank) along with cherry picking and cheap point style spoiling tactics which have allowed floyd to remain fresh.

GGG is also a power puncher which is the last thing to go and not some reflex footwork speed dependent fighter. add modern boxer's relatively light schedule and modern training methods and techniques, 40 can be the new 30 which can be the new 20.

We thought Loeffler and Sanchez were bad, but Golovkin is the daddy. Khan and Pacquiao are too small for Canelo but Little G calls out Mayweather constantly. He's desperate for the big pay day before the hype train derails.
Isn't the point of prize fighting to go for the big pay days? Also, if he's making 2M a fight then desperate isn't a word that springs to mind.

At 154, he would be easy work.

That is why he scurred of the lil red kid at 155.

Just cos its the first time Floyd's been underdog for a long time don't mean he can't win!

If Floyd could overcome the size that would be so good for Floyd historically.

I don't hear you calling for Pac to fight Golovkin at 160.

Pac wouldn't even rematch Cotto at 150.

Happy to hear that you think Mayweather could beat Golovkin at 160..... because I don't think that Pac could have beaten Cotto at 150, that is why he ducked the rematch.

Gennady is not babied and protected by Top Rank.

He is babied and protected by K2, and HBO.

LOL as if GGG hasn't been protected. Mayweather's resume at 34 was light years ahead of GGG's right now. And Bernard is an exception. Most often fighters slow down in their mid 30s and that includes the guys you mentioned. Most of those guys were retired by their late 30s. Golovkin can hit the wall any minute.

GGG's never been disrespectful to Mayweather who's shown himself to be arrogant and classless. If Floyd thinks GGG would be easy work, and apparently you do as well, then back it up. Otherwise, if Mayweather is truly done, his mouth should join him in retirement.
Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb!

Here's how your scenario plays out.

Reporter: "Hey Floyd, Golovkin and some people in the media think GGG can beat you, is that true?"

                  Floyd: ".........."

                  Crickets: "Krkrkrkrkr"

Dumb dumb dumb! Idiocy at it's finest.

The worse thing about it is that when/if Floyd were to do as you say, you and the media would jump at his throat and call him a duck anyway, in fact, you would probably use his silence against him and to furthur pressure him into coming out of retirement.

You're a troll man, you prove yourself with everyone of your posts.

You hate the man so you'll say anything, no matter how ******, to make him look bad, unaware of how ****** you make yourself sound to the rest of the sane people out here.

Hate clouds the mind and shrinks the brain, and your brain is looking really tiny right now.

GGG wants nothing to do with Ward .
