Gotta love the fans of this sport lmao..fight makes zero sense to happen but you can't talk shhh about a boxer and not expect a response. This ain't competitive chess, it's a combat sport.
That's boxingscene 101 the funny thing is these type of fans that behave like highlighted are the most quietest fans of them ALL in person and I doubt half of them ever have attended a fight at all and If they did they probably sat quietly making zero noise lol.

who knows if he was doping? pac was likely doping too most of you fave fighters are more than likely on something but regardless its not like he knocked pac clean out or pac after the fight was saying his power was decent floyd outboxed him case closed on the result until any other evidence come out

the only idiocy is people claiming floyd needs the attention off the back of golovkins name you ask a million casual fans who floyd is 90% will know who he is ask them about golovkin and i think you would be pushing it to say 50% will know him look at his PPV numbers vs lemu they were dogs**t golovkin might be the best fighter around today but he hasnt proved anything until now has he its all guess work yet floyds proven his ability

That's your opinion and I beg to differ. What has Geale & Lemieux got on Cotto, Pac, Oscar, Hatton, Canelo?. I don't understand how you could believe what your writing, you're not the only one that is guilty on here.

Let the hate begin! The same principle applies for Mayweather vs Golovkin as it does for Ward vs Golovkin. Golovkin's too big for Mayweather & Ward is too big for Golovkin. It's about that street cred though; Ward wanted Golovkin to help revive his career. Golovkin wants Floyd, because beating him would catapult him to world fame.

Why would Golovkin go down to 154 for a fight that isn't possible....but not go down to 155 for a fight that is?

I think majority of the people believe Floyd would lose this one (i belive there is a poll on this site).

The reason why is because golovkin will cut Floyd off the ring effectively and snatch Floyd's body and legs under him with vicious body punching. Floyd doesn't have enough power and at his current age would likely lose by KO...

just since Ive been a fan, weve seen Hagler take fights with Duran, Hearns and Leonard, BHop against De la Hoya, and weve seen Martinez try to get a fight with Mayweathet - which wouldve been a great fight in/around '09.
the fact that GGGwants a fight with Mayweather makes sense. hell get more $, more notoriety than anything else he can do. and the fact that Mayweather has had a number of fights at jr middle shows that GGG isnt "picking on" some fighter whos so much smaller.
that said, i dont criticize May for not taking it. there is a big size difference and may probably wouldnt make any more than he would for say, Garcia

i see your point and other peoples floyd hasnt got the power to keep golovkin off him if he is in trouble but who knows if the step up in the class for golovkin is too much? floyd when on form is superb at controlling the fight and making fighters look bad he could have golovkin chasing shadows i mean its not like golovkin cant be hit floyd would land on him at will and rack up the rounds in another scenario

too difficult to guess either way and the fight will never happen because floyds near 40 years old and hasnt had interest in pushing himself for a long time

Bingo, and regardless of the motivation as a boxing fan it's a fight i would love to see.

Also, I don't recall even remotely the amount of hate directed at Martinez when he called out Floyd and Floyd hadn't mentioned making easy work of him either.

So because he has displayed this skill set on Adamu, Willy Monroe and Geale the knowledgeable people on NSB have him as favourite. Well I'm telling you for certain, if that fight where ever held Mayweather would be the Bookmakers favourite.
