Clearly not obvious to you considering he has always said "Manny is too small for fight." Golovkin has never personally expressed any desire to fight Pacquaio. I also love this assumption now that he's picking on smaller dudes considering just about every fighter he's fought at 160lb has outweighed him during the promos and even on fight night. Curtis Stevens is literally the first and only fighter not naturally bigger than Golovkin on his resume.
